Interesting aspect to this case... social networking sites!
We hear all the time of perverts cruising social network sites looking for victims, yet here we have a 13 year old girl lying about her age, and posing for pictures having MET the perpetrator!

Richards met a 13-year-old girl on an internet dating site, who initially said she was 17, and he met her and made suggestive comments, Mr Lowe said. Police found photos of the girl in her underwear on Richards' mobile phone.
What on earth was she thinking of, and how much control do her parents have?
Anyone else feel that these sites are responsible for degrading society???

I feel I have to interject here. I cannot give details of this, for reasons that should be obvious. However, I will say that these girls were *very* vulnerable, and simply craving some sort of affection. The attention they recieved was fake, and sadly very devious in it's nature. While many people might think the girls were stupid, it was simply a case of niavity, and getting some wanted attention.
Of course, you only have my word on this, but I have told the truth about everything said so far - and given evidence when possible.
But social networking sites are absoloutly rife with this. Much much more than any of you even suspect. Even on facebook - the most popular and 'safest' one around - theres a constant flux of groups that spring up and get deleted, and appear again. It's actually very easy to find out.
The people that own these sites could do *far* more to combat this, but ultimately it will never be able to stop it. Quiet simply, parental guidance is required, and even then it can be difficult, since children can be extremely clever in hiding such things. And I will say now, social networking becoming common on mobile phones is definatly a bad thing as far as I'm concerned.
I have to admit I'm rather puzzled at the fact this member is only banned now. Why he wasn't when I submitted all the evidence of law breaking (cloned plates), road rage and other instances I do not know. In theory, this website is to improve driving, so someone getting banned for such charges in the paper shouldn't really affect membership. But lying about driving instances, causing and having road rage, not to mention various dangerous instances should have more cause for ban imo.
