What happens if a NIP is sent to a company and the company secretary refuses to name the driver. Does the company get fined or does the secratary get 3 points. Overall what happens here??

I don't know if a single company representative gets targeted for the points, but the company will get the full weight of fine for failing to identify, which is why every company that I know of will identify the driver.

Hi I think it will be the company, and that means the CEO or manager who will get the fine, summons and points. I think it's basically the owner of the vehicle who is usually the boss but it could be leased which means the leasing company are the owners . Best thing to do is study the relevant law :-
