OK, this means something like...Driving away from the lights at 70?! get snapped by a Gatso. Use a tank and/or a flamethrower to eradicate said gatso and, providing nobody says anything its happy days all round.

So that's spirited driving, entering a 30 zone, the obligatory hidden scamera, which the driver spots too late, some time later NIP, court appearance, the accused gives the court a sob story, then hears the amount of the fine and drops dead on the spot.
