Doesn't seem to bother them... I had a car "lifted" sometime between 08:30 (start of parking restrictions in SW7 on a Saturday morning) and 08:32 (which is when I got there to move it). They must have had the slings fitted before 8:30... Cost me about 170quid to get it back!

It really calls into question whether Mr Dove is psychologically suitable to be given a position of authority when he seems to have used it to pursue a "feud" with his neighbour.

In my opinion, this may be analogous to Mr Callahagn using his position with the Cumbria SCP to pursue a personal matter with Safespeed.
