As an aside, on what you just mentioned, there was a bodybuilder who was on the Worlds Strongest Man program, back in the 80's from memory. Everyone, myself included, was especially blown away with the size of his arms

I read that he was in a very bad accident where the car he was in got crushed and was told if it wasn't for his huge muscular bulk he would have been killed. If I could remember his name I could probably find a link to it, but I can't.
