Mods -think it'sright place -if not please move
been a bit of a night owl this week ,started to listen to talksport -last night someone on talking about flaws etc in the parking system - they run a parking info etc site --http://www.parkingappeals.co.uk/
Might be a usefull site ???
Seems that there's more flaws in the decrim systyem than in the speed setup .

There is a section of pepipoo devoted to parking. It is very successful by all accounts. That includes me. 4 tickets none paid :D

Looks like this one is by membership -but better more places for help than none -especially the way the bloke interviewed was talking -he was very sceptical of the legality of a lot of decrim areas(but otoh -that's possibly how his site earns)

The chap's Neil Herron and although it is a membership site, the money will be used for Judicial review and the parking campaign.
