had medical for hgv renewal beginning of sept and sent off forms but not had licence back and they say they havent received it, panicking as to what to do as they didnt receive it by renewel date (so they say) looks like I could loose my hgv licence.

any advice ????

i dont know much about medicals so i cant say anything regarding this although i will say that anything i send to a government body goes by recorded delivery. especially DVLA
