It was obviously a "popular" programme, but it dealt fairly well with some of the key issues around at the moment, especially the LTI 20-20 slip effect.

And made the point that it's always worth looking into whether you can challenge tickets rather than just meekly accepting them.

We were applauding this prog.

It started with parking tickets.. how easy to get one these days. The tactics they go to.. und they also point out directive to go all "touchy feely" has sharper teeth than "Great White Jaws" for your cash

Jenni then explored the speed camera. Kevin Delaney back up Paulie

Kevin Delaney - ex Police Officer person who placed first ever Gatso on road und now probably regret wrote:

At 70 mph - you take eye off orad for split second to check speedometer.. you travel already 105 feet. That a long way when you should be watching road ahead

That very significant quote for you Paulie Liebchen  It back your fears. He also peer reviewed in the past over what he say. He did after all place first camera in place on A40. He know his stuff.

We also prove on track day. It not rocket science to do this. It easy to prove as a law of physics that at 30 mph plus .. you still travel forwards in that split second it take to glance at dash. Only in the case of the motorway - NSL road in particular .. you have moved some way in that time und some muppet may move in front without MSM/PSL or COAST principle. It then prove we right to say more police.. more emphasis on correct driving.

Jenni also highlight slippage with the bloke winning case in the court. Moral of story .. camera can lie .. so FIGHT. We need more brave men like Ern und the chap in the film who did win case by fighting the law with the law und the law of basic physics. ;)

I note the chap who prove he not sppeding in Wales use the markings. I then think no accident that Lancs hide cam behind a bus shelter und remove all road markings on the road which lead from M65 Blackburn exit to A59 junction via Padiham then

There are others we have noted here in LanCASH££££££££££££££££££re - stretching from Blackburn/Chorley to the roads leading ino Hill Countryside. :furious:

Be aware.. they are playing dirty here. Programme was brilliant as it show them up that way

It not just careful editing. It was more how it really ist out there. The stats back this. If you had 10 die per day in 2003 .. und you have 10 die per day in 2007 - as official party line - then it cannot be claimed that cams save any lives then as this should have decreased by 71% per one hyped up claim by the prats in the past

I say as it ist. The stats are as flawed as the policy. If we find medicine failing.. we pull it und arrange for licence to be revoked. It better than risking death of more people after all .. Perhaps more lives saved if prats admit the fails und work towards better solution as in more traffic cops - properly trained - und COAST tips to nag to improve as constant ;)
This programme most helpful to this campaign

:D Well done Jenny :D
It was all very prim and propper, RAC Foundations Edmund King, Dr Clarke, Richard Bently, Neil Herron..
Many of the cases were Pepipoo cases and some of the Safespeed ideology.
Interesting that ITV would not let her mention SafeSpeed or Pepipoo, yet they were happy to give M.A.D. a plug.

I have a recording on dvd. I can't do anything withit today.

I missed it too.

I met the producers several times almost a year ago, although I didn't film with them. The programme was scheduled for air about 3 months ago, but has been held up by 'legal issues'.
