Dunno, but I don't think the TRL is subject to the FOI Act. However if they were published for a public body you can request a copy from that body.

If these reports were carried out for a public body, then they were paid for by the public and should be available for viewing by the public.
Why do they insist on so much secrecy, it only causes distrust, if they were more open, then people would be more likely to trust them.
Secret police or what?

Aha!

This isn't the report that said that you match your speed to the conditions automatically and that if the safe speed goes up your speed goes up automatically.......

But as far as you are concerned you are still doing the "same" speed.

Which you are: the safe speed for the road and the conditions!
