Very nice.
Errr...isn't this the same IC that lost a court case over covert cctv ?
You know, the "surveilance must be announced (signs etc)"...thrown out by a court because the council said that the cameras "couldn't follow an individual", so the principle of announcement is now trashed ...

This is the organisation that takes private companies to court but ignores the government putting all our (NHS) data on a system that (already) can be accessed by over 250,000 people....and with no choice....

And you REALLY think the gov is going to give a toss what the OIC says ?

Get real. The police ignore laws, they ignore law-breakers when it suits them and they already pay no attention to the the IC. Try using your rights to see what data they hold on you....
