i was apparently caught speeding in a 30 (duel carrageway) doing 60 when the police pulled me they had a gun and small camera but the speed was not on the gun but on a black screen saying 60mph but there was no pic of my reg plate! there were obviously stopped hiding in a corner i was told i would get a summons for this what will the penalty for the offence and what action can i take? am alittle worried about this i have 3 points already will i get banned and do they need to have stronger proof as i didn't see any info saying it was me or a picture to say it was me please help me

The only evidence they need is the opinion of one police officer and corroboration.

Corroboration could be a piece of equipment or another police officer. So if there were 2 officers in the car then that's enough for a prosecution.
