You'll more than likely have to submit the vehicle for an SVA test after the mods have been carried out.

As Toltec says, go in to Disk Manager and delete any partitions you find on the Lacie drive - then create a new partition. If you want cross compatibility with operating systems prior to Windows 2000, then you'll have to format it to use the FAT32 filing system (which is what they are formatted with...

Sorry but "balance of probabilities" is not whats practised, and I know that for a fact. I both agree and disagree with you on that one Ben. In my younger days I was a bit of a handful, and regularly spent time in the cells for one thing or another. In the early nineties I found myself in...

Going back to my youth, I had a freind called Mick who rode and insured a nice bike. He asked to borrow my escort worth nothing for an afternoon. He was an honest person. I leant it to him. It came back. I never saw his licence , insurance. I knew which building he lived in, but not the front door....

Under 50 mph and booked for an average 93 mph during an overtake. What have you got? Rocket assistance for accelerating? :? That's what I was thinking, especially as he said he was going uphill when he did it. A "blat" would be a sustained high speed Just out of curiosity IG, what would y...

A few years ago some of my friends thought I had found a drug dealer who wasn't cutting his drugs before he sold them, and their reasoning for this was because I bought a Pontiac Firebird that would just about do 12mpg if I drove it like Miss Daisy. In real life use it averaged around 9mpg, and on a...

Was that the bit I heard on the radio- "conspiring to attend a terrorist training camp"? No Ben, that was in relation to 7/7 3 men were charged with conspiring (with the bombers that we did know about) to carry out that attack. They were all acquitted of that charge, but 2 of them were fo...

I am assuming that this is to stop terrorism. You can guarantee that is the blanket that will be used to introduce it. The government know the general populace don't believe a word they say any more, so the only way to get our backing for anything is to introduce a non existant fear and hope that h...

VPN, anonymous proxy, the means to defeat these lunatic ideas have been around for years.

Anyway, it's a government project so that means it will go £10 billion over budget and won't start for at least 5 years after it's planned start date.

His forward observation & anticipation was a darn site better than the female police officer I followed down the A325 between Aldershot & Farnborough this afternoon. She stuck rigidly to every speed limit going (braking quite hard at one point to scrub off 30mph when she saw the 40 lollipop)...

That is exactly what it is all about.
If it was really about ensuring that somebody's eyesight/reaction times/etc were up to spec, then a simple visit to the GP (which costs nothing) could confirm that.

We do "fair play" We hit OTT fools hard though :bunker: That's the way it used to be back in the day, and that is what we need to get back to IMO. Nicking someone for 90 odd on an empty motorway in broad daylight & sunshine is just bollocks, but I'd have no problem with that...

What pains me is that a member of my profession will have come up with wizzard idea. I've got what I think is a pretty good solution.... Put the limit back to what it was (NSL), and leave people to work it out for themselves how to get from A to B safely and with minimal delay. I know that sounds r...
