Help!!!

I have a good idea that I have been caught by a talivan which was very sneakily parked in a laybay which was at the end of a small village in west Wales.

The laybay is in fact a large bus stop and parking area near a school with a pavement in front so the van was in fact parked a good 12 foot from the edge of the road.
There were no markings for a school so I don't want the usual answers about that. The school itself has a drive and is set a good 50ft from the enterance.

There were no markings as regards talivans operating just the usual sign as you enter the village by one of 3 roads.

I was overtaking a car that was pulling into a side road and no other traffic around me. As it was the end of the built up are I had begun to increase my speed and didn't see the van until I was right on top of it.

I would like to know if anyone has information regarding the siteing of the vans as I feel this van was parked in such a way as to hide or disguise itself from anyone using this road.

Can anyone help as I have not had any notification as of yet and I would like to be prepared not to fight it but to point out where the position of the vehicle was.

Sorry to tell you but they got rid of the rules about not hiding cameras back in April, and even before then, all that rule affected was where the money went.
