I'd like to write a letter of complaint about a new speed camera but don't know who to address it to. Do I write to the local police or local council or someone else?

It's on Coombe Road in Croydon about 100 meters from the junction with Park Hill Road and is facing west.

The partnerships work to the rules laid down by TRL. I have spoken to my SCP about a camera - it will not change anything. I am now pursuing the wider use of cameras through my MP. Thats what they are there for - to represent us. She writes letters and never gets ignored. I would say write or email your local SCP usually you can do this through a website. Also write/chat to your MP as this is more likely to produce some thought and possibly change.

I want to complain because the new camera is mounted so high you can't see it from a normal driving view. I only noticed it was there because of the white markings on the road.

It's a lot more compact than a traditional gatso and also smaller than a front facing one too, although it's not front facing. Any idea what type it is?
