I was recently caught twice in 4 mins on the same road in dorest once by a cop at teh side of a road (didn't see them! - nor did my passenger) and then by a gatso - bit stupid that one 60 but limit was 40 - dut dual carride way - prvious was 81 whilst raod was at 70.

Any ideas - I have been offered two conditional offers - coudl they be combined etc?

Secondly caught doing 58 in a 30 on a5 by north wales police - I have to go to court - any ideas what the penalty might be?

And yes it was a bad week!

Oops, you may be looking at a ban there.

Try asking on the forums at www.pepipoo.com where you will find a lot of relevant advice.

58 in a 30 in N. Wales? :yikes: That's asking for trouble, mate. Presumably you've been summonsed by now? I'd go to http://www.pepipoo.com and ask for help on the forum there. They're probably the best place to ask about combining the two NIPs as well, though I think 4 minutes apart would probably make them far apart enough on the road to be separate offences :( . Try to get as much info out of the police/partnerships as possible and ask for the photos and/or videos as well. The more you can give Pepipoo the more chance they'll see something that might give you a chnace at fighting it.

You might also want to check out the road law page on www.lawontheweb.co.uk and the Association of British Drivers who have a legal advice helpline and a list of lawyers around the country who can help with speeding offences.

Good luck, and if you do end up 1 ticket from a ban you might want to get an OriginB2 and go very carefully for a few years.

Two different speed limits must mean two offences. As suggested, try posting on PePiPoo.

This may be too late: I do know of a barrister friend who was in a similar situation a few years ago - he considered the two tickets to be a "continuing offence" and eventually managed to have them treated as such. hope this helps.

Not always. Check if it is in the same "zone". They can only get you for one offence in one zone at a time. Thats what the rules say.
