he money gleaned from congestion charges/parking toll-taxes will be ploughed back into the infrastructure.....the public service infrastructure and the partner-agency/charitable-trust infrastructures.
Massive manpower increases in private "companies" (partner agencies), bound by 5 year (+) contracts.....and yet more "safety partnerships" (salary-safety and pension-safety).
I refer back to the one trillion pound public service pension black hole.....................
