Police put RFID scanners on major roads to log any reported stolen items. It will help solve crime.
Database created so that all items scanned are logged even if they have not been reported as stolen and data kept for 7 days. It will help solve crime.
More RFID scanners installed on other roads. It will help solve crime.
Storage upped to 14 days. It will help solve crime.
Storage upped to 28 days. It will help solve crime.
Storage upped to 1 year. It will help solve crime.
Etc.
Also how about... RFID scanners installed on entrances to "sensitive" buildings as knives require RFID tags by law. Criminals remove tags, fishermen and campers arrested for being terrorists.
I'm sure poole council will love to be able to spy on us even more than they already do.
