Sorry if this has already been posted but I found this delightful anti speeding video from Australia. Suffice to say, the video does not address speeding at all, rather aggressive wheel-spinning, not stopping at a zebra crossing and not stopping and flying out of a junction. All labelled as speeding, which shows how utterly deluded people are abroad too, and happily attribute dangerous driving to speed.

I wondered why that rang a bell

Watching the video, I find it difficult to find any reference to speeding; dangerous and inconsiderate driving yes, but not speeding.
