I bet that guy thought he knew his rights and the copper couldn't do anything about being headbutted. Top marks for the retaliation by the copper. The kid probably learned more from that than he will after going through the courts and getting another ASBO.

I dunno, he continued to call the copper a cvnt whilst pinned down and his nobbish mates continued to film it laughing... I don't think complete shits like that learn anything and will be spooning off the state welfare the moment they hit 18 and complaining about crime, and immigrants and the like

Can't condone it, but maybe with more of it coppers will learn the difference between good and bad people. apart from, of course, the "good" people being convenient targets for statistically profitable policing.

why are you trying to stick up for the thugs? look at them all, standing around filming this sort of thing - theya re a bunch of no goods who shouldn't be given the time of day.

On top of that you can clearly see the guy "squaring up" to the officer, who tells him to get out of his face, before then pushing the guys face away.

4 points that need to be pointed out to this group

1. don't square up to an policeman, show some respect
2. don't headbutt a policeman
3. don't film this sort of thing, scum
4. get a job, stop being such a waste of space

FYI, I was not sticking up for the thug. But giving someone an upward palm to the nose is perhaps not a wise idea. If you are trying to calm a situation down.

However, I did point out that we did not see the build-up to the incident, and what provocation the officer might have suffered.

I have to agree with Thatsnews in that not only did the cop assault the youth first, but then attacked him instead of just arresting him, and then held him down and deliberately bled on him.

The Police need to be above reproach they are NOT above the law.

Apparently he didnt assualt the youth(i feel old now) its a technique called palming and is supposed to throw him of guard.

The problem is there are a lot of jumped up tossers with a uniform thankfully there are a lot more who aint.

And without knowing the full story we cant make a judgment on the bobby
although the lad probably desreved it anyway(is that me being judgmental)

Soo, I can get away with thumping a copper on the nose with the palm of my hand on the grounds that it isnt actually an assault. Hmm, somehow I think not!

Sounds a bit like "Rumsfeld Logic" (IE Torture isnt torture as long as the Primary intention is to extract information rather than to inflict pain !!)

In any case, thanks to speed cameras (and other treasury driven tax scams masquerading as criminal fines). Even the middle classes now largly hate and despise the police and wouldnt piss on a if he was on fire. What hope do they have of getting any respect from the real scroats out there??
