Just in case anyone looks before setting off....

M6 is CLOSED north AND southbound in CUMBRIA, just north of Southwaite services.
The A6 is also getting congested, so you might want to plan another route if possible.

The cause is a Liquid Petroleum Gas tanker, which has gone through the central reservation and is on it's side!

The driver is in hospital with leg injuries but does not appear seriously injured.

Stay safe (and give up smoking near LPG!!)! 8-)
