Please as when i see one marked 70 to me (with over 50 years of imperial measures only), it means 70 MPH

That's ok then. A few weeks and your licence will be panned for a year or so. Less traffic on the roads.

I wonder if NSL would become 100Kph or if they would use the opportunity to lower it to 90Kph? etc.

Stupid question. Of course they would. They wouldn't miss an opportunity like this to impose on us.
