i still have not recieved my photographic evidence from phone call to essex safety camera partnership but have been sent a fixed penalty 3 point £60 fine, and this states the speed limit as a 50 mph now when it is in fact a 70 mph and the first letter states 70,60,50 the second letter with fpn states only 50mph limit. now i was allegedly caught at 91 mph and i dont believe they would offer a 3 point fpn for that alleged speed in a 50 mph limit as they claim!

so i think i will now put in writing for evidence and probably ignore 3 point fpn and see what happens

You've already declared yourself as the rider I presume? If not, you need to do that fairly soon to avoid a "failure to declare" S1762 penalty, irrespective of your speed or the limit in force at the time.

yes i have done a pace statement saying i was riding, they sent me the first fpn and as i ignored it wishing to go to court they have sent me another fpn which im going to ignore.
Having a lot of hassle with essex police after i was arrested for assulting a policeman whilst i was held by 2 police officers at the time i supposedly assaulted the officer who fell or tripped over and then shouted assault leading to 6-8 police bundling assaulting me with kerb! all started because i took a photo of thier police car parked 4-5 feet from kerb, see my post in crawley cruise http://www.crawleycruise.com/index.php?showtopic=4722
