They Do this In Canada as well, or they did when I was last there :lol: At work we have being doing this for the last 18 months, to Drive the Buses with Dipped Headlights on, Don't make any difference really, they didn't see us before and still can't see us. :roll: :roll:
I don't personally drive my Car with them on In perfect conditions :)
