Lancashire Road safty group are sending out presents (Assume you must have been a guest on their speed course to qualify for the gift).

Just received a parcel that containes a vest style high visability jacket, tyre gauge keyring and a road safty fact file with 9 sections (My details, My Vehicle, Breakdowns, Speed, Accidents, First Aid, Motorcycling, Mobile Phones, Roadworks).

cool, and you just have to drive over to lancs and break a speed limit?
