Just found this on the Lincolhire road safety partnership website, seems like a pretty sensible survey.

Better than some i have seen anyway.

To be honest they appear to be the same questions that are always asked. As usual there are a couple of questions that I could answer Yes or No to, but as I could not qive a detailed answer if I said Yes I would vote No.

How about we try to create our own survey questions? I always feel more happy with a multply choice, also allowing more than one answer per question

I'll start of by using one of their questions

1. The use of safety cameras should be supported as a method of reducing casualties
A - No
B - Used all over the place
C - Used sparingly at known accident black spots where no other method can be used.
