Heard this one today, haven't heard it before, but then I don't normally listen to the station it was on while driving (96.4 The Eagle), so it might not be new for all I know. Anyway, the punchline was:

"Keep your money, keep your licence, keep your speed down"

So at least they're being honest and saying that the only downside of speeding is the risk of points and a fine

I partially heard some propoganda about speeding dressed up as a safety advert on the car radio too.

I can't really remember what it said though, 'cause I was concentrating too hard on the road!
