Hi Scammers out early today on Hornby Road opposite Walton Prison. Nice wide carriageway, little traffic even during rush hour. Love to know the justification for this site as I cannot remember any traffic related incidents.

This looks a bit suspicious to me as he / she might just be on the look out for "residents" sneaking out of "Her Majestys Hotel" down the road without a pass
