OK now everyone, I'd heard of it some time earlier.

The £15 criminal offence tax, meant to compensate those who are the victims of crime was introduced some time ago but this is the first case that I've heard of it being applied.

Mr Byrne was ordered to pay the £15 tax (payable for every offence on top of your fine) for using his mobile phone.

Is it really right that once again "the motorist" is in the front line of funding the process of law in the UK by them paying this additional tax?

The Rapists don't pay it, the Burglars don't, The Drug dealers would knife you, and the feral kids would tell you "t'piss off! ain't got no money mate".......

Leaving YOU the Motorist to pay for all the ills of society once again...

Are you happy with that? I'm bloodywell not!...... :x
