I have just heard from the CPS that they are dropping my speeding case (I was wearing a disguise at the time), and as the speeding pic was from a forward facing camera they said it was "obviously" not me driving

they also stated they had insufficient evidence to prove it was me

I feel that Ishould point out that some police monitor these sites, you have just admited driving. The CPS can reserect cases.
If this is a real case rather than your usual style of posting, you may have dropped yourself in it.

What of s172, did they simply forget that they can compel you to incriminate yourself as they were blinded by your masterful disguise? What area of the country was this in?
