Hi there i just had a quick question to ask....
If a copper is standing outside with a mobile hand gun beside the road, if your speeding would they have to pull you over to prosecute you? The hand held guns dont record your reg plate do they?

Any help Much appreciated!

Normally yes but they could go the posted NIP route.

They don't need to if the officer has a note pad and pen to hand. Corroborating evidence if the case went to court could be difficult though.
