So exceeding the speed limit is now responsible for 100% of accidents! Either that, or these new cameras can tell whether a driver is paying attention to the road...
Can I nominate this as a contender for the annual safe speed award of "Stupidest statement of the year by a camera partnership"?

), but probably not going to be many more like that. Pity, because it makes it clear even to those who've given the issue no thought whatsoever that the system is a long way from ideal if a NIP can be sent out claiming that sort of speed had been recorded.
