You're right Anton, the very same thing is happening in the USA I believe. Medical and Financial history of all description is being shared amongst many bodies from Insurance companies, Banks, Potential Employers, Medicare, Credit card companies to Mortgage lenders.
The only person who DOESN'T know, is the "subject" himself! Oh! it's big brother alright.
And don't forget, that the British poodle has agreed to roll over, lie on it's back, and hand over ANY information that it has on it's; "subjects" to the US authorities (whoever they are).
As if that's not bad enough, the "agreement unfortunately is NOT reciprocal.
