Early this year about feb or march I was travelling along M5 northbound between the clevedon and portishead junctions, i was travelling at exactly 70mph how do i know my speed was very acruate? my car is an ex-police Omega and the speedoes are different than ur normal run of the mill omega, as the speedo's increase in 2mph incriments and are calibarated.
I was in the middle lane overtaking a wagon, when i saw a people carrier catching me up rather quickly, soon as was possible i shifted into the first lane when this people carrier flew past me like i was going backwards! it was a Ford galaxy similar to this one

I contacted the scp to express my disgust, i gave them time date and partial registration number but apparentley they were unable to trace the operator as they apparently do not dictate where an operator operates ona day to day basis :o and they have a few vans with similar registration marks Unfortuantely i have not kept the email otherwise i would have posted it.

Clicking on the link - I'm no bandwidth leech!! Could this be construed as a defamatory comment.

Contact the ISP & get them closed down......."what's good for the goose..."

This is complete nonsense. Enforcement sessions are planned in advance. I
have seen at least two examples of "roster sheets".

Your subject heading is inaccurate. In fact there is one rule for us, and *NO*
rules for them.

Don't know about that area but Warks actually publish details in their web site - dates a month in advance with rough areas.
Should be possible from that to nail it down to at least a few vans if that done in your area.

But untill caught by a Proper Traffic cop, they are the speed law.

lets hope that one of them doesn't get caught by a cam!

Will they be able to prove 'reasonable dilligence'?

Theres a word for them, it rhymes with stunts.

just like the traffic wardens in camden, seen them park their minibus on a red route/ 20 min loading zone and leave it there all day while they hassle people legitimately going about their business.

tempted to knock up a wheel clamp of my own and see how they like it.

If you can strike a deal with the council concerned to work as a contractor for them (shouldn't be too hard if you offer them say 80% of the lions share of the fine), then you would be able to do that perfectly legally.

On a side note, it is quite possible to park illegally in London (or anywhere in the UK for that matter) and not get a ticket for it. Before you ask, I'm not going to reveal on a public forum how it is done as everybody will jump on the bandwagon and it will then cease to work.
