when the clock ticks over into 2010 i stop being a truck driver.
i start a new job on jan 4th as a team leader in overnight technical support for virgin media. so when you phone up at 1am on a saturday night to ask why playboy tv isnt working and some cheeky jock asks if you have tried switching it on at the wall, it could be me
i have managed to skip the entry level and go straight in as team leader but i will have to help out on the phones sometimes and deal with escalated calls.

i wont be hanging the keys up completely but i have told the agency that i dont want to take work from full time drivers so only to try me if they are stuck. i have 4 1/2 years to break my love of artics
