I don't buy that, 99.9% of cyclists I see jumping red lights do so carefully with a lot of observation, I mean, they'd be stupid not to. P****s me right off but there are more important things to worry about frankly.

Well quite, except that a person being an idiot on a cycle is only likley to hurt injure themselves, quite the opposite for people driving cars or lorrys like idiots.
Still, that's no excuse.
