I WAS CAUGHT SPEEDING BY A PARKED POLICE CAR ONE MORNING ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO. I HAVE SINCE GAVE DETAILS THAT I WAS DRIVING BUT DID NOT SIGN IT. I WAS 16 MPH OVER THE 50 LIMIT WHICH WAS PROBABLY CORRECT.
TODAY I HAVE HAD A 'CONDITIONAL OFFER OF FIXED PENALTY' IN THE POST AND WONDER WHAT DO I DO NEXT. IF THE CAMERA WAS OPERATED WHITHIN ALL THE GUIDE LINES WITH NO MISTAKES BY THE OPERATOR I WILL HAPPILY PAY UP AND TAKE THE POINTS BUT I WOULD LIKE TO CHECK IT ALL MYSELF WHATEVER WAY I HAVE TO GO ABOUT IT.
I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR ANY COMMENTS OR SUGGESTIONS PLEASE

1) suggest you find "CAPS LOCK " KEY , AND utilise it's functions

The PePiPoo NIP Wizard is probably the best thing.

If you weren't pulled over at the time then sending in a PACE witness statement could be the best option.
If you were pulled over, that's when things get complicated.

The people on the forums at PePiPoo are good with the legal side of things.
