(I am not a solicitor and therefore cannot advise you.)
I would initially ask for all the video and photographic evidence that they have, and request too that all of it is 'in full'. Some areas have the habit of providing 'cropped' (only showing part of the image) images, or not all of the frames of the video evidence.
I would take legal advice to know how best to proceed, however an approach with your evidence that you were not at that location might see the CPS drop the case. You do need to be careful with all approaches directly as you can provide more details than necessary or state something incorrectly and no one wishes to waste the Court's time.
If you cannot afford a Lawyer even for some advice and some will provide a limited amount on the phone for free sometimes, then you can apply for Legal Aid (certain cost amounts vary, some are given for free, some have to be paid back, depends on circumstances etc., etc.) or the CAB (varied help), or of course limit the legal help to the bare minimum of advice only, and act for yourself in Court. The Court Clerk should be able to help to a degree with all the legal processes, but cannot advise you with your specific case.
