Well my case has got underway and very much to my benefit I think, I have a circuit judge and not 3 magistrates.

Well, I actually managed to rattle to guy on the stand from the Police Camera Partnership. In response to my letter to the CPS, he had written to the CPS and they had kindly copied me in and forwarded to me. What a gift that has turned out to be. In it they state that "The front wheels of the vehicle must be on the centre line", one of my wheels is clearly not on the centre line. I had spoken to the CPS to ask if I could use my laptop in court to zoom in on the wheel in question and also the judge allowed me too. Having used the laptop the witness from the camera partnership had to admit that is was not. At which point he then tried to backtrack and say between the lines, but I just kept quoting his letter.

Hence, any body being prosecuted in Lincolnshire with a Truvelo, check your photographs and if the front wheels are not on the center line, send me an e-mail and I will be happy to supply you with a copy of this letter.

We continue the case next month, but the witness sure has annoyed me in court by retorting to a question that the response to a question would be too technical for me to understand. That is my pet hate, being underestimated because I am a woman and elderly. Whow he should not have said that, that will cost him another hour of technical questions.

Supraman is checking for me but any other techies out there can help me with this one. I questioned the witness about the separation distances for mobile phones, but was told that this was only applicable to the camera and not the sensors. Has anybody any technical information regarding possible interferrance.

Will keep you updated.
