I came to the end of the M56 motorway today near the Ellesmere Port Roundabout. Whilst approaching the road works at the end of the motorway the speed limit reduces to 40 and there is a fixed camera,

Before I reached the camera I had reduced speed to 35, there was no other vehicle in front of me but my Mrs noticed that the camera had flashed before we had even reached it and then when I passed the camera it flashed again twice even though I was still doing 35.

I am gutted because I think I will be prosecuted for this and will find it difficult to prove that I was not speeding. Can anybody Help.
