So, you sent a SORN declaration which DVLA lost or didn't receive, and then used your car anyway?

Fortunately for you DVLA are pretty useless, so you'll probably get away with it. Unless your name actually is 'Jimmy Summer', in which case our lurkers will be checking the DVLA record as we speak.
