BRANSTORMING ----OR CAMPAIGNING.??????

OK- old idea - trafpols looking out for DD/speeding etc.
New idea - cams hitting everybody above 10%+2

New idea - cameras stay - BUT they are linked to the police idea - jack the speed up to catch idiots. That way - they get respect, from joe public.
