No, the inevitable hasn't happened.

It seems they use Gradwell hosting and they have had a fsckup with a RAID controller in their database server. I know 'cos I was trying to change mail forwarding for somebody and had to wait an hour or so while they got their web server back online (they are presumably linked in some way)
