I guess those two presenters aren't part of Steve's "vast majority" that support cameras then?!

Mind you, I really am itching to know how they're going to spin the figures now that this "game" has started! They've been able to conveniently ignore the apalling (and rising) death rate for the county as a whole and concentrate on their "at-the-sites" figures until now.

What's your bets that next year, they'll say something along the lines of "...and we were hugely successful because there were no KSI's within 1km of any camera that was operating at the time" - os somesuch.

Jeremy Clarkson had an entertaining go at CSCP in his Sun column today, mentioning how high the KSI's are and comparing it to a county that doesn't run a partnership yet has stats below the national average

I reckon you're spot on Mole. Only trouble is, how will CSCP be able to substantiate their claims when they refuse to tell us where or when they have been operating?

Unless they publish a full schedule of their operations any claims of success are meaningless

Does this give you a clue?

Indeed. They're just Sooooo proud of themselves!

Before the demise of the old CSCP forum, I mentioned that my wife worked in a hospital and that they hadn't seen any decrease in the number of SIs they saw as a result of RTAs. I got a response from none other than Mr. C himself saying something oalong the lines of "she will Mole, she will".

Well, in case you're lurking Mr. C, I'd just like to pass on a message from her -SHE'S STILL WAITING, MATE!

I suppose that's the big problem with working in a hospital, you get to HEAR the "SCP" figures but you get to SEE the "hospital" figures!

Yes, SC confirmed towards the end of the CSCP forum that CSCP's "SI" figures were taken from Police reports at the roadside!! He really should read the Scam Handbook definition - treatment as an inpatient etc

No wonder the stats are different
