I noticed this:

on the Staffs CC website.

There are some beauties on it - the bottom one amused me most - a 100% decrease in KSIs where the 85%ile speed INCREASED by 11mph...

Overall, a better example of RTTM I haven't seen but it was the changes in 85%ile speed alongside those that was most fascinating.

A53 Blackshaw Moor / Upper hulme KSIs up 286% since camera installed, no speed change.
A5 Gailey, KSIs up 100%, speed down 3mph.


What does this prove?

I believe PIC is a non-KSI collision/accident?
