On Saturday 15th May I did 1 hour 20 in the Studio for KMFM in Kent with folk from the Kent and Medway Camera Partnership. I'm waiting for the recording, but some "interesting" points were raised. Expect to hear more later. :)

On Sunday 16th May I did about 30 minutes on Radio 5 live at 11pm in a rather chaotic phone in format. Frequently when I tried to speak my audio was muted and I didn't get my fair share of the debate. Never mind. A few good points were made.

On Monday 17th May I did 30 minutes on BBC Radio Wales with Rebeca Bell from the RAC, Steve Hounsham from T2000 and a chap from LARSOA. Again some good points made, but nowhere near enough time to discuss the issues in any sort of depth.

Later today (Monday 17th) I'm doing Citybeat Radio in Belfast about speed cameras and points soon after 8pm.

They seem to take a dangerous, politically correct and unsophisticated view of road safety.

Citybeat have a website with a really cr*ppy RealOne live audio stream at http://www.citybeat.co.uk/ if anyone wants to have a listen.

It's on at the same time as Star Trek though!

Ok, Paul's bit's just finished. Due to a very fortuitous technical problem this phone-in show is not receiving incoming calls so Paul had a good opportunity to speak about camera policy, the proposed new points structure and a few other bits and bobs. :D

Good points, well made. The presenter seemed largely in agreement, even though he didn't come out and say it in as many words.

Well Paul, how was it for you?

Follow the "FREE PLAYER" tab from:

http://www.real.com

Ignore all inducements to purchase, and bear in mind that this is aggressive software agressively marketed.
