I can't say I feel any outrage. I don't think they used the best clip by any means, but that's life. They must have recorded more than 20 minutes to get that 10 second clip.
Lying in order to evade a penalty is always lying to evade a penalty and I'd never dream of recommending it. There are legal ways of killing off speeding tickets. However, 'points sharing' is clearly very commonplace and convictions are as rare as hen's teeth. Well, almost.
