looks like 2003 - at least that was the date on the fine they showed.

Excellent articel Paul, Ben McCormack is obviously working on the same lines as you, proper research, knowing his subject matter.

I find it very sad that a copper can just sit there chanting the mantra, and not knowing what he is talking about.
