Not sure you have seen this Paul, but it makes interesting/scary reading.

The offences that make the roads more dangerous seem to be going undetected in Brunstromania. Can't think why!

Traffic police have been replaced by the camera, which are superb at bringing in revenue.

Completly useless at spotting the faults that cause accidents.
