Location: Treacletown ( just north of M6 J3),A MILE OR TWO PAST BEDROCK
On my way to take grandson to nuresry ,I came across this gem . The sign says "ACCIDENT -CAN YOU HELP" . BUT - It's directly under a "SAFETY" CAMERA ".Now,I was always led to believe that the camera helped stop accidents at these sites .
GS /any other CSA agency flks like to come in and say what has gone wrong

It's Ok, it's not "at the camera site" - it's a few yards further on...

...their claims should be safe! :roll:

Accident can you help?....yes I suggest you remove the camera and make the area safer.

My views do not represent Safespeed but those of a driver who has driven for 39 yrs, in all conditions, at all times of the day & night on every type of road and covered well over a million miles, so knows a bit about what makes for safety on the road,what is really dangerous and needs to be observed when driving and quite frankly, the speedo is way down on my list of things to observe to negotiate Britain's roads safely, but I don't expect some fool who sits behind a desk all day to appreciate that.

ACTUALLY - the sign is halfway wetween the camera and the aux flash . :D :shock:

Still odds on for no CSP
