The Lancashire Partnership for Road Safety is composed of representatives from Lancashire County Council, Lancashire Constabulary, Blackpool Council, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Her Majesty’s Court Service, the Highways Agency, Lancashire Ambulance Service, local Health Authorities and Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service. The County Council on behalf of the partnership is looking to appoint a project manager to manage the activities of the partnership. You will need excellent communication skills with the ability to develop partnership working and detailed understanding of the key issues surrounding the scheme. You will manage the project team on behalf of the partners and be responsible for the development of the team to ensure a high quality, customer focus service in a demanding environment.
